It was Baden Powel's initiative that "adventure left the space of the novel to become the organizing principle of a youth on the move".

This educational choice to establish an imaginary framework is not insignificant. The dream element that emerges nourishes children's aspirations and their natural inclination for discovery.

A child full of dreams is a forward-looking being, full of hope and optimism!

So here's what's in store for the children in our care, to fuel their dreams and inspire them...

Olympic challenges

It's the turn of the Olympic challenges! There is, of course, an extraordinary history, from the games in Olympia in ancient Greece to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris in 2024.

What wonderful material, the evolution through the ages of this sporting and cultural event, which has counted for so much in the history of nations the world over. 

Beyond the entourage, there are the sporting disciplines, as they existed 3,000 years ago, and as they are practiced today.

Christopher Columbus: from Andalusia to the Americas

1492: this date rings in our ears like an ode to exploration. 

While Christopher Columbus' voyage is an unmissable historical event, it evokes in our romantic minds the prowess of a determined man, caravels sailing across the seas, an unspoiled continent and encounters with a native population. 

So it's this adventurous journey that we propose to children, to cast in their eyes that magic powder, that little seed that might germinate, encouraging them to dare to move forward into the unknown.

Journey to the Inuit

If there's one people whose culture is shaped by their environment, it's the Inuit.

It's hard for us to imagine this nomadic life in the Arctic lands of Greenland and Canada...

The Inuit experience has a lot to tell children: about the pack ice and its wildlife, about their ancestral traditions, about the indigenous peoples and about the current issues linked to the survival of these Men of the Cold. 

And kids won't get through these weeks without a bit of snowshoeing...

Investigating the ISS, the International Space Station 

The International Space Station is a source of dreams and mysteries for us all.

This house in the stars defies the laws of nature... there's so much to tell children about man's prowess in space!

And to make matters worse... children will have to solve a very strange enigma. A message sent from space awaits the children: a member of the international crew will embark them on a breathtaking adventure in which they will take on the role of space investigators!

Traditional myths from Vietnam, Japan, China and Indonesia abound with fantastic creatures and colorful heroes. Witches, dragons and knights plunge us into extraordinary and particularly picturesque worlds.

The discovery of Asia's most famous legends is matched by an exploration of fabulous cultures and exotic traditions.

The book of a thousand and one nights

It's no coincidence that these fables have been passed down through history and across the globe!

This collection of breathtaking tales originates from Arab folk culture, dating back to between the 3rd and 8th centuries. Translated in the 18th century by a Frenchman, they are said to have introduced Europe to the Orient.

Now it's our turn!

It's through these myths, with their evocative morals and heroes endowed with very human qualities, that children will make the journey to the Orient, discovering a civilization, an era and colorful odysseys.

Discover the orchestra and musical initiation, workshops on the savannah and the African climate, scientific experiments and local dances! 

Sport: initiation to Tai-chi

Tai-chi-chuan is a Chinese martial art based on relaxation techniques linked to breathing. 

This relaxation serves to concentrate and center strength, because "the foot gives the blow, the hip directs and the hand transmits". Children will experiment with hand-thrusting exercises, learning to control their own strength and use the movement of others to their advantage.
